How a receiver sees it
When you share a transcript or record, the receiver gets a verifiable artifact — not a PDF you printed and signed yourself. They can confirm provenance, revocation status, and the exact terms you set, directly. No portal account. No phone tag. No “please have your school registrar” reply.
When the receiver wants to integrate verification into their own intake (a college admissions office, an employer background-check vendor, an agency intake firm, an agent platform), they pay for the seat. Not you.
