You are the registrar, and nobody gave you the office.
When a college, an employer, or an agency asks a homeschool family for records, the family produces them from a binder, a Drive folder, or memory, and the receiver has no way to check any of it. A record you hold and a Witness Transcript™, verifiable at one link, fix that. Free for the learner, forever, by contract.
The pain
You are the school of record. There is no registrar to call. No transcript to request. No counselor to fax a recommendation. When a college asks for a transcript, an employer asks for verification, a sports league asks for proof of grade level, a state asks for an annual evaluation, or an agency asks for documentation, you produce it from a folder, a binder, a Google Drive, a Notion page, or memory.
The receivers don't trust the format. You can't prove authenticity. The kid pays for the friction.
What a family gets
A record you hold
The records, transcripts, evaluations, and artifacts of your kid's learning live in one place: encrypted at rest, held by the family, exportable any time, in an open format. Not locked inside a school's system. Yours to take anywhere.
A transcript receivers can verify
When a college, employer, agency, or program asks for a transcript, you issue a Witness Transcript from the record. They verify it at one link without calling you, without calling a school, and without you having to prove your kid existed.
Receipts for every share
Every time something leaves your record, you get a verifiable receipt: who asked, what you sent, when, and on what terms. Revocable, auditable, and yours.
Free for the learner, forever, by contract
The record is free for the learner in perpetuity, by contract. The clause survives acquisition, change of control, and any pricing pivot. The only permitted off-ramp is one-year written notice plus full family export.
How a receiver sees it
When you share a transcript or record, the receiver gets a verifiable artifact, not a PDF you printed and signed yourself. They can confirm provenance, revocation status, and the exact terms you set, directly. No portal account. No phone tag. No “please have your school registrar” reply.
Verifying one link is free for the receiver, forever. An office that checks records at volume through the API pays for that volume, and the family never does.
Who this is for
This is built for any family where the learning does not map cleanly onto a public-school transcript:
- Traditional homeschool
- Co-op homeschool
- Microschool
- Hybrid school
- Pod / learning pod
- Unschooling
- 2e (twice-exceptional)
- Hospital / medically-fragile
- Foster / kinship
- Refugee / SIFE
If you are running the records yourself, this is the infrastructure that job always needed. If a school, microschool, or counselor holds your learner and would rather issue the record themselves, send them to the issuer page.
Sovereignty by default
Nothing leaves your record, no receipt is issued, no agent gets a token, and no receiver gets a verification check without your explicit act. Defaults are off. The audit log is yours. Revocation is one tap. Read the full sovereignty contract on the sovereignty page.

What you actually issue
A print-ready PDF transcript with course list, evidence of mastery, your educational philosophy, and a sealed receipt id any college can verify directly. SHA-256 over every byte. No Eformogi account required on the receiver's side.
What Eformogi is
Eformogi is a record of learning the student owns, witnessed by the adults who were there, verifiable at one link with no login, and issued by the schools and counselors who hold the learners.
The record is free for the learner, forever. Issuers pay per learner. Verifying one link is free.
