Free New York quarterly report template (2026–2027)

After the IHIP, homeschooling in New York means four quarterly reports, one on each date your IHIP set (8 NYCRR §100.10). Each report states the hours you taught, what was covered in every required subject, and a grade or short narrative per subject, with a brief note for any subject under 80 percent of plan. Below is a free, printable, blank quarterly report with the required subjects for your child's grade already listed. Pick a grade and a quarter, print it, fill it in. No account needed for the printable template.

The preview is free with no sign-in. Downloading the finished document takes a free account; one finished quarterly report is $15 on its own, or included in Family Pro at $119 a year. If you made your IHIP here, the quarterly opens with your student, your subjects, and your quarter dates already in place, and each subject can start from your own IHIP plan.

Checked against 8 NYCRR §100.10. Requirements on this page last reviewed October 26, 2026. The regulation text is always the source of truth.

Answers come only from the rules we have verified, with the source and the date we read it. A district or the state decides what it accepts; we never say that for them. Your question is not stored, only its topic.
